Patient Compliance – All aspects of patient contact are designed to maximize the level of patient compliance and comfort. Infusion room layout promotes comfort and convenience, complete with TV and VCR/DVD. Post infusion follow-up promotes patient communication, stress reduction, and early detection of adverse events. Our nursing staff is highly qualified and trained to understand and address the patients’ needs, creating a superior level of customer satisfaction that will be communicated back to the physician.
Clinical Support – By utilizing registered nurses with extensive intravenous skills and exhaustive training specific to biological infusion, strict protocols are followed for patient safety. Our clinicians are available on-call 24 hours per day to take first call on any infusion related question.
Clinical Flexibility – Utilizing a pool of clinicians specifically trained in biological infusion, we are able to staff the needs of offices with varying numbers of patients. For instance, our staffing model can accommodate offices needing to be staffed two, three or four days per week, as well as full time.
Shortened Startup Period – Our team is capable of beginning the infusion program two to three weeks after the physician agrees to begin the program.
Cash Management – The goal of our cash management system is to manage the cash flow challenges the physician may experience in the ramp up period. This is accomplished through efficient billing and collection, favorable purchasing terms, and available indigent care assistance. We work closely with the physician to manage the relationship between growth and cash consumption to avoid unnecessary surprises.
